Samantha & Fausto met online 8 years ago and he made a commitment by giving her a promise ring shortly after.  However, he was adamant that they would not get engaged. This “anti-engagement riot” seemed like a tactic that worked too well for him, as he then took Samantha by surprise with a proposal in the least expected of times and places, at home.

Many emotions were at play during their special day, including a very meaningful groom present that Samantha prepared for Fausto.  It really brought the tears to his eyes, and it took him while to take in.  The present signified Fausto’s late father.  Fausto also dazzled her with a very special card for their wedding day.

Their wedding day was filled with much laughter & a few tears as well.  They both got ready at the JW Marriott hotel in Miami.  Their wedding ceremony took place at the Cathedral of Saint Mary in Miami and their reception was at the Women’s club of Fort Lauderdale.
